Aging & Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs)

ADRCs serve as a centralized hub for long-term care information and services. They offer guidance on state and federal programs, as well as local community resources, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need.

    Florida Brain & Spinal Cord Injury Program

    This program provides vital support to individuals recovering from traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries. Services include case management, assistive technologies, and home modifications to help clients regain their independence and return to their communities.

      Vocational Rehabilitation services

      Florida’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) helps individuals with disabilities achieve employment and self-sufficiency.

      The Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) Long-Term Care program provides essential support for eligible individuals.
